AI IN THE MUSEUM

All current texts on the museum’s website have been written by the museum directors without the use of artificial intelligence. The photographs are originals taken with a camera; no images have been digitally generated.

However, the Mission Museum has decided to employ artificial intelligence (AI) methods for the major "Touchscreen" project (available only on the device in the museum). 
The ChatGPT platform is used here for texts intended solely to facilitate the quick retrieval of detailed information. 
Before use, all AI-generated texts are carefully reviewed and edited by the museum management and are clearly marked as such.

No AI-generated photographs are used; all images are originals and are subject to the copyright of the respective monastery, priory, or house belonging to the Congregation of Missionary Benedictines of St. Ottilien.

The use of AI complies with current copyright law, specifically Sections 44b and 60d of the German Copyright Act (UrhG).
